Pastor Howard Rose, Jr. is the Senior Pastor of Impact Worship Center Arlington and the Overseer of Impact Ministries Worldwide, Inc. Pastor Howard has always been seen as one with a watchful eye. Often referred to as THE GOVERNMENT, by some of those closest to him, he has been gifted with the ministry of an overseer. Twelve years ago he heeded the the call of God on his life as a minister of the Gospel of the Kingdom and stepped into the foyer of his purpose to begin a journey that has blessed the lives of so many in the Body of Christ while ushering others into the Body as well.
Currently Pastor Howard's ministry gifts encompass a variety of creative delivery methods to include his widely acclaimed Success Thoughts that ministers daily to over 6000 people to date through the social networking venues Facebook and Twitter.
As a psalmist, musician, composer, arranger, director, author, prayer warrior and prophet, he has flowed under the anointing in the capacity of Choir Director, Drummer, Keyboardist, Soloist, Intercessor, Teacher, Preacher, and now Senior Pastor and Church Planter. For which he is now graced to meet the demands of a dynamic, rapidly growing ministry organization - Impact Ministries Worldwide and its aggregation of ministries, The Clergy Connection and church plants of Impact Worship Centers.
Patience Rose
If you know Pastor Patience, then you have probably heard her say a thousand times, "You cannot impart what you do not possess." Equally as many times she has taunted us with, "You will never possess what you will not profess!" Deeming her life - a 'MADE FOR TV MOVIE', Pastor "P", as she is affectionately called, has lived through it all (or at least most of it - she's not done living yet). Through tragedy, she has turned triumphant; though victimized, a victor, she has learned how to allow God the room in her life to make adverse situations His sandbox!
She has often shared with people from a very REAL place in her life that has encompassed the likes of abuse, misuse, mismanagement, botched attempts, failed endeavors, unbelievably strange occurrences, and outright attacks at the very fiber of her existence and the core of her being. Having become skilled from the exercise afforded her in the wake of these experiences, she has gained knowledge, understanding, and the wisdom to use it to develop into the Kingdom producer God intended her to be.
While the gifting of God flows through her, the anointing causes her natural abilities as flautist, pianist, dancer/choreographer, psalmist, composer, producer, author, and talk show host to blossom into a myriad of tremendous options from which God can choose to deliver His message to those who need it.
As a licensed minister and an ordained Pastor, Pastor P has served in the capacity of undershepherd for more than 11 years. She is now assigned the tasks of strategic development of the Kingdom Educational Components - Kingdom Perspective Institute, The REAL Academy, The PROS Network, ATASK and The Prayer 24-7/365 Outreach.
She continues to serve faithfully with her husband at Impact Ministries Worldwide, Inc. and as Executive Pastor of the Impact Worship Centers.
Nancy Dunn
Stolen from the enemy’s camp for the use of the Master, Nancy was raised up as a Warrior to the nations, she has been uniquely equipped with weapons and strategies to destroy the enemy. Nancy has experienced firsthand what it means to live a life of abandonment, brokenness and rejection. At age eight, she came to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. However, it wasn’t until her mid-twenties that she began to fully follow God and pursue His purpose and freedom for her life.
The emotional trauma she experienced during her childhood left her shattered and in desperate need of hope and love. Because God walked in during her darkest moments and not only rescued her but also restored her life to complete wholeness, her love relationship with the Lord overflows into everything she does.
One might ask, as it was asked in Song of Solomon, “Who is this coming up out of the wilderness leaning on her beloved?” The answer would be - Nancy Dunn, the friend of God. Nancy is truly God’s secret weapon... her style of ministry literally leaves you with a new freedom that you never saw coming. Facilitating freedom for others through teaching that the key begins with being filled with the pure unconditional love of God has been Nancy’s way of reaching those with the most desperate of needs.
Having the ability to give a new meaning to the word Multi-faceted, Nancy chooses to allow the Lord to use her in a variety of undertakings in many diverse destinations. Following the Lord in this way has started a worldwide initiative beginning with personal ministry and crusades in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Uganda, Israel, London, Frankfort, Pakistan, and New Zealand advocating for abused and neglected children in many nations and inspiring others to do their part to change the world!
Jeffrey Murton
Jeffrey Murton was born and raised in England, and trained and worked as an engineering draughtsman for 21 years. He married Sue in 1980, and they have 2 daughters, Gemma and Kirsty. In May 1990, Jeff experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ, and the course of his life has been radically and permanently altered.
For the past twenty two years, Jeff has served and devoted his life to presenting the truth of Jesus Christ to this generation, teaching the truths of the Bible and going where God has sent him.
He graduated Regents Theological College/Manchester University with a BA Hons degree in 1997, and since then has preached and taught in 10 nations, founded/directed 4 new ministries and been with 11 ministry outreach teams in different parts of the world.
Both Jeff and Sue have ministered in leadership with numerous churches and served as leaders with Youth With A Mission, and they continue to equip the church, present the Good News of The Kingdom of God and pray for people to experience the freedom that the truth of Jesus brings.
Caledra Wortham
Minister Caledra has been called a Daughter of Thunder for her bold delivery of the Word of God. She is a straight forward no nonsense type of women who doesn't walk through the tulips or pull punches. The word of God is delivered with love through this vessel with both the sweetness of honey and the burn of fire in accordance to the mandate the Lord has given for the situation. Make no mistake it is always given by one who loves the Lord, His Kingdom, and His people with all her heart. With bold warnings, reprimands, and instructions that are practical and Biblically based she delivers the Word of God with passion and a zeal for The Kingdom. She has often had to take direct hits for her delivery of God's Word but has been truly blessed to see both victory and deliverance in the aftermath. Minister Caledra is ever faithful in her trust of God to protect His faithful messenger. She has been gifted with the prophetic ability to see that which is hidden and to reveal it by name when asked of the Lord.
Minister Caledra operates in the arts. She is a published author, choreographer, dancer, actor, and family woman.
She is the wife of the NFL star Barron Wortham. The high school sweethearts are blessed to have three wonderfully amazing children who keep them laughing and on their toes. Together they believe that spending time with family and raising their children up in the way that they should go is important and necessary. Minister Caledra operates with a strong sense of loyalty, strength, and courage that is evident in everything that she does and easily received by both adults and children.
